This is a shocking picture of Gorakhpur University.. Where the students belonging to Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad i.e. ABVP not only raised their hand on the inspector but also threw down the registrar i.e. registrar of the university and then had a tussle with the vice-chancellor of the university.
